Michael L. Torcello is a 1999 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Like our entire staff, he is committed to ensuring effective legal representation for those seriously injured due to the negligence of others. Since his admission to the bar, Mr. Torcello has represented victims of serious injury in trial and appellate courts throughout New York and surrounding states.
Mr. Torcello has focused his practice on representing injured railroad workers suffering from various occupational diseases, including asbestosis, silicosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and cancer. He has successfully achieved verdicts and settlements for workers suffering from the harmful effects of exposure to asbestos, silica and diesel exhaust. Mr. Torcello is dedicated to maintaining the high quality of legal representation that those in the rail industry have come to expect from Doran and Murphy, PLLC and to ensuring that injured railroad workers continue to have the benefit of the protections afforded them by the FELA.
