Attorney Colleen M. Blinkoff has dedicated her legal career to advocating for injured individuals, with a particular focus on representing railroad workers and retirees in cases involving occupational cancers, toxic exposures, and traumatic injuries. She began her career with Doran & Murphy as a law clerk in 2005 while attending law school and has been serving clients for more than twenty years.
Colleen joined Doran & Murphy while attending the University at Buffalo School of Law and has remained committed to helping individuals and families navigate complex personal injury and toxic exposure litigation. Since her admission to the New York State Bar in 2007, she has represented clients in railroad worker injuries and occupational cancer claims involving railroad asbestos, diesel fume and chemical exposures.
Throughout her career, Colleen has been involved in all stages of litigation, from case investigation and discovery through trial preparation and appeals. In addition to New York, Colleen is admitted to practice law in Ohio and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She also often joins forces with attorneys throughout the country (at no additional fee to clients), enabling her to represent clients across multiple jurisdictions.
Colleen enjoys helping railroaders when they need help the most. She understands the impact that injuries can have on a person’s life, and appreciates every opportunity to assist in bringing justice to those injured by the railroad’s negligence.
